The Programs Manager leads the success of our volunteer driven programs by stewarding volunteer relationships, party experience, and partner engagement nationwide. This fast paced, relational role oversees the full volunteer lifecycle from onboarding to appreciation, ensuring every interaction is clear, joyful, and rooted in our belief that all kids are worth celebrating. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role includes regular in person engagement, attending evening parties each month and supporting weekday volunteer activations at Party HQ.
